It is the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday. The house has a pool, braai area and fire pit with magnificent sea views. The space The house is the perfect setting for a relaxed family holiday. Surrounded by mountains and sea views creating a wonderful setting for lazy days around the pool with the beauty of Noordhoek right on your doorstep. The lounge and dining area is open plan onto a patio over looking the sea.The pool is in the front garden below the patio. The kitchen has a second dining area opening onto a side patio with outdoor seating. There is a lounge/playroom with DSTV, Netflix and a table tennis table off the kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed and is ensuite with a bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The second room has a queen size bed and the third room a double bed. There is a guest toilet downstairs. The flat has a kitchenette with gas hob, oven and fridge. There is a lounge area and dining table and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire house and flat. Other things to note The rate includes a cleaner on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday and a weekly gardener.
