Situated in an original twentieth century building, the flat is composed by a brand new kitchen with furniture of design, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, a wide livingroom with a confortable sofabed for two people and a bathroom with a shower. The air conditioned system brings fresh air in all the flat in the hot summer season. A garage for a medium car ( no van) is available at the cost of 20 euro a day, it's located not far away from the property, at maximum 10 minutes by foot. At the beginning of the main street of Cernobbio Other things to note Located in the centre, in 5 minutes you can reach the little jetty with ,public boat , public swimming pool, and public transfer. Villa D'este 10 minutes by foot and villa Erba in 10 minutes. Smoking in the apartment is forbidden. Parties are not allowed. The garbage has to be sorted in the different bins located under the sink, following the italian recycling rules and the trash bags have to be putted out on the street in the indicated collection days.
