Enjoy a luxury experience in this special Apulian property. This quiet and welcoming Italian B&B is located not far from the city and offers a wonderful swimming pool for guests to relax. Only adults are accepted. Noci, located in the heart of the Itria Valley, is famous for its "gnostre," small courtyards in the alleyways of the historic center, and for its rich food and wine tradition. The city is a strategic point for exploring Puglia. The space The main house is a noble villa from 1840, surrounded by a garden with centuries-old trees and an olive grove, just 1 km from the village of Noci. In the garden, there is a magnificent infinity pool with floating loungers, an oasis of relaxation. The Trullo Suite consists of two conical trulli: one houses the double bed, while the other includes a bathroom, a wardrobe, and a sofa that can serve as a third bed for children. This room has a private outdoor area equipped with a sitting area, table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen for exclusive use. The standard rooms, created from the old stable, retain the stone mangers and have recently been opened with modern bathrooms equipped with every comfort. The Pool Suite is the largest in the Masseria. It is located near the pool and is accessible via a staircase that leads to a breathtaking space. Guest access Guests have free access to an infinity pool, surrounded by a large wooden sunbathing area and a charming fire pit. They can also enjoy the garden and the olive grove. A shaded veranda in front of the pool offers refreshment during the day. In the well-stocked display fridge, you will find free soft drinks and a selection of local wines and beers. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in the rooms and that you use the designated containers outside. In the pool, it is forbidden to dive or consume drinks in and near the water. We recommend the use of slippers in the area around the pool to protect your feet and avoid slipping.
