The Studio has a spacious bedroom with one double bed, a full bathroom, a combined living area with a small kitchen, and outside chairs to relax. If this unit is not available, we also have a smaller and cosy apartment on the same site, for one person to rent. Please ask for more detail. Unfortunately, no smoking, no pets, no children and no parties allowed. The space The bedroom contains a double bed with high quality linen. There is a comfortable nook for ladies to be used as a mirror table, with a hair dryer provided, or as a small office desk space. There are several cupboards for luggage. The bathroom, separately enclosed, contains a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. The living area is equipped with a Smart-TV and comfortable couch. Free Wi-Fi is available. Both the bedroom and living areas have aircon / heater units in the rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, mini oven with a two plate stove, and the essential cutlery. Outside chairs are available to enjoy the relaxing outside atmosphere of the estate and the comforting pleasing weather of Pretoria. Safe on-site parking is available. Price is for one person, a second person can be accommodated at an additional cost.
