This magnificent villa is located in a unique position in Mojácar Playa that allows you to be surrounded by vegetation, have absolute privacy and enjoy extraordinary views of the sea and mountains. The space Inside the house, on the ground floor, there is a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen in an open environment to the three living rooms: the first is next to the kitchen with two tables that can be joined together to accommodate 12 diners, the second with a three-step drop with a fireplace and television and a large window overlooking the entire coast. Finally, the living room overlooking the pool, with an office area and reading sofas. The front is glass and opens to the pool. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and its own exit to the terrace. This bedroom has a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower overlooking a small cactus garden in the area. It is separated by a three-step drop from the bedroom An interior staircase leads to another double bedroom and another bathroom with shower that are between the ground floor and the upper floor. Upon reaching the top floor, we find the lobby where the main entrance of the house is located if accessed directly from the street. On this level, there is another bathroom with a shower and 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (very large bunk beds, not usual bunk beds), another with a double bed, and in the last one, there are two single beds of 90*200cm. We have a swimming pool, overlooking the coast. The terrace on which it is located has a seating area with low sofas and a large table for 12 diners, with a practical awning. In addition, from the other living room you can access another covered terrace, with another seating area and another table for breakfast or dinner. Thanks to this, there is always an area of the house where you can be in the sun or in the shade, depending on your preferences. On these terraces there is a pool bathroom-dressing room. So far, the main house can accommodate 10 people. We also have two additional apartments. The first has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, and a large terrace with an ocean view. It has two beds and a sofa bed, all open, for a couple and a child. The cost of this additional stay is a minimum of €120. Each person over and above 10 has a cost of 10% of the price of the main house per night, but to open the little house it would be two people. The second apartment is under the pool terrace, it is a bedroom and a bathroom, a window without views but it is quite comfortable. The cost of this additional minimum stay is 60€ per night, but it is calculated in the same way explained in advance. Which gives us a bed capacity for 15 people These last two rooms do not have central heating. THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE BEDROOMS OF THE MAIN HOUSE AND IN THE APARTMENT THAT HAS CAPACITY FOR 4 PEOPLE. In addition, it has covered parking for 3 cars, a service room separate from the house with a washing machine, dryer and ironing center. Guest access The house has a TV, internet, and books that you should take care of as if they were yours. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, 2 toasters, kettle, juicer, etc. All rooms have ceiling fans and radiators in winter (except for the two additional rooms that do not have central heating). There is soap for hands, shampoo and gel in all bathrooms. In the laundry room, there is soap for washing clothes. There is a person who takes care of the pool twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays around 11:00 AM, don't be alarmed.
