Ground Floor Living and Dining Areas: Enter through a shaded patio that leads into an open living area with vaulted glass doors, a cozy double sofa bed, and safari armchairs. A contemporary dining area complements the fully-equipped kitchen, decorated with traditional Italian majolica and modern design elements. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This level includes a king-size bedroom with pool and sea views, as well as a second king-size bedroom, accessed by a separate enrance with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, all with access to the patio and garden. First Floor Panoramic Dining and Lounge: Ascend the outdoor staircase to reach the first-floor terrace, leading into a dining area with a fireplace, surrounded by windows that allow light to flood the space. Adjacent is a comfortable lounge area with panoramic sea views. Kitchen and Bedroom: This floor includes a second fully equipped kitchen with views of the garden, and a king-size bedroom with a bathroom, offering guests complete privacy and comfort.
