Double room in a family home, in the heart of Carbis Bay, with probably the most spectacular views up the North Cornish Coastline. Situated in a quiet spot with parking. PLEASE ALSO NOTE MY LISTING IS FOR ROOM ONLY BASIS. I have listed the spaces that are available to my guests in my listing, please ensure before booking my place that your requirements are met 🙃 The space This is our family home. I live here with my 2 adult children. We are a friendly family who are all busy with our work lives (2 of us work from home on a regular basis). Please note my additional house rules prior to booking with me. The room has a small double bed (4ft), with chest of drawers, TV, tea and coffee making facilities. I will also provide bath and hand towels but no beach towels. You will have use of the first floor bathroom (the shower is for guest use during your stay - please note this is a shared facility with my family members). The views from the bedroom are quite spectacular - from morning sunrise to the evening sunset. The front garden is also at your disposal. The beautiful Blue Flag Beach of Carbis Bay, which also boasts its famous Spa, Water Sports Facility and amazing Beach Club is all within a 15 minute walk away! I am also based perfectly for St Ives itself. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and the train is a 10 minute walk away from my house. St Ives is about a 25 minutes on foot along the coastal path. My home is a perfect base for walkers, wedding guests, art enthusiasts and beach lovers! I have encountered a lot of walkers at my home due being based on the SWCP, along with also being within a 5/10 minute drive of the local hotels who accommodate weddings. I have also hosted art students who have been given placements during the summer. I am happy to help you in anyway I can during your stay. Guest access Bedroom, Bathroom (shared facility), Front Garden. They will be provided with a key and WiFi code on arrival. During your stay I am happy to interact and help guests with anything during their stay with us. Other things to note Ideally located if you’re visiting for a wedding - all hotels are within 15 minutes by car. Great location for any walkers who are taking on our beautiful SWCP! You will only have access to your room, it is not suitable for self catering, there are many restaurants/pubs nearby for meals. No breakfast/meal facilities availiable. PLEASE READ!!! Check in is STRICTLY available between 4pm - 7pm ONLY, check out is before 10am on departure day. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THESE REQUIREMENTS FIT YOUR TRAVEL PLANS PRIOR TO BOOKING 🙃🙏
