Perfect holiday getaway. The space Swanlake Cottage offers a new fully fitted kitchen, leading to a large lounge/dinning area with sofa and armchair facing woodburner. The lounge connects to Snug/TV room with armchair and quality-luxury sofabed. Utility room with washing and tumble dryer have separate access from the patio making ideal entrance with muddy/sandy feet and pets and giving direct access to the ground floor family bathroom which is also off the utility room and snug room. Upstairs the cottage has two large bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite. Outside areas include a sunny enclosed patio off the lounge with table and chairs and pot plants. There is a small secluded raised garden above a private paved parking/BBQ area. Guest access Guests have use of the complete house , garden and courtyard plus use of the private parking space for 1 vehicle Other things to note There is a gated communal entrance shared with 2 other neighbours. Guests are requested to always close the gate behind them and at no time park in or block the access route using only the parking space provided . There is additional parking in the lane and lay-by opposite the house . Pets are permitted but only 1 dog or household pet. Pets are not to be allowed upon the furniture and only downstairs in the living area not in the bedrooms . We would request that the pets sleep in the kitchen or utility room
