Garden room by the park

A lovingly renovated city villa from 1925 awaits you on the edge of the city center, right next to the city garden. It is stylishly furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), desk, sofa bed and chest of drawers as well as clothes rack. A huge window to the garden and parquet flooring give a cozy and free atmosphere. You may share the kitchen, bathroom and terrace with another guest. In a 5-minute walk you are at the Eurogress or Tivoli, and in 15 minutes you are walking to the cathedral. The space The room, measuring about 22 square meters, is equipped with triple glazing and shutters and is therefore very quiet and discreet. The huge window opens the view to the garden. The floor is real wood parquet, which gives the room a pleasant atmosphere. The bed has a comfortable, 160 cm wide mattress. Guest access The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. You can use the dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as the stove, oven and microwave. A beautiful wooden table, the view into the garden and a restored stone wall are a nice setting for an extended breakfast or homemade dinner. The bathroom is also brand new, well lit and equipped with a beautiful floor-level shower. The large terrace is furnished and offers sun all morning when it's shining. During your stay I live in the house myself, but in a separate apartment. Usually, I am there or available by phone. Other things to note For each tenant beyond the second, I charge 25 euros per night. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee of 4 euros each. Laundry detergent included.
