This villa is spacious and well decorated. It sleeps 10 persons in comfort. It has free broadband Wi-Fi, Tv with British (bbc, Itv, etc…) and Portuguese channels, all the bedrooms have air conditioning. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. The villa has a spacious and pleasant exterior with grass all around the plot and a pool of approximately 9 meters in length and 4 meters wide, the deepest zone has 1.80 meters deep and near the steps it has 0.80 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. Next to the pool, the 10 sun loungers provide the ideal conditions for a well deserved rest. Still outside, a large dining space, prepared for 10 people allows great family moments. The outdoor furniture enhances the space and allows you, perfect leisure moments. Outside, near the dining table, there´s a charcoal Bbq that our guests can use to prepare their pleasant and healthy al-fresco meals. On the spacious terrace on the first floor, some outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the magnificent view and appreciate the sunsets. There are 3 private parking spaces, one of them is covered. Nearby, just 1 km away our guests can shop at the local supermarket. Also at 1 Km its Oceanico Old Course Clubhouse and 5 km away there’s the Vilamoura Marina.
