The space The apartment is located in "El Balcón del Cotilo" neighbourhood, literally by/on the beach (1 min walking to the beach from the apartment). It is located on the first floor and it is surrounded by 2 terraces: front one overlooking volcanoes and the other overlooking the complex. Sun is guaranteed from East to West. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary to cook The living room has a flat screen TV and a large sofa and a dining bar. The bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe.
