The 3rd bedroom is a basic loft with 2 twin beds. This is a fun bedroom; ideal for children overlooking the lounge area. The space Our new 3 bedroom apartment is 1346 square feet and it can comfortably sleep 6 people, with one queen bed in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd loft bedroom. There are lots of new towels and bedlinens. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, utencils, pots and casseroles. I have also provided a pass for the gym in the clubhouse. There are also lots of walking trails, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and it is just 5 minutes walk to Ventura's golf course, pro-shop and clubhouse with it's gym and junior Olympic size pool, 19th hole bar and restaurant with poolside balcony. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Entertainment such as Karaoke, buffet dinner and dances are offered at weekends during the peak 'snowbird' season. Other things to note Just a reminder that the minimum let is 14 days. This is a rule of the HOA. Also unfortunately the HOA ask that no renters have pets.
