Charming Georgian character cottage in leafy High Barnet, 5 mins from High Barnet tube station, bus stop and parking outside and 2 mins from the lively High Street which includes shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Private front door with key access leads to a first floor flat with private living room, south facing bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a unit housing fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster on the landing with a welcome pack of essential items. The space The property is two cottages on the corner of Wood Street and Manor Road. You will have exclusive and private access to 49. I live at 47 so on-hand to help in any way I can to make your stay a pleasant and happy experience. Please note we are in the ULEZ area. You can park freely off the yellow line on Manor Road and on the single yellow line between 6.30pm and 8.30am and all day Sundays. Guest access Exclusive use of living room with TV, double bedroom and en suite. Private access. Please note that there are three steps into the bathroom with a low doorway access and the flat is on the first floor, accessed by a staircase. The paths to the front door are uneven. Please ignore any check in time generated by Airbnb on booking. Check in is by key safe and flexible. It’s helpful to know your expected ETA and departure times, please. Other things to note There is unrestricted parking within 50 yards of the house on Manor Road off the yellow line. You can park on the yellow line directly outside the house between 6.30pm and 8am and on Sundays. The stairs access to the flat and bathroom are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
