Beautiful Studio in the centre

Our newly-built studio is a beautiful living space!It fits for 1 person and is located in a peaceful environment. It is a family community and we appreciate mutual respect. We are 5 mins away from the Ebene cybercity and 12kms away from the beach of Flic en Flac. Commuting to every part of the island is easy and fast.Restaurants,bar,grocery are walking distance.One of us is available to assist you preferably over email or watsapp. The space Our studio is very cosy with modern furnishing and new bathroom accessories. All our electronic appliances are new. It is fully furnished. We provide you with hot/ cold water in bathroom and kitchen, wireless internet connection, huge closet for storage, toaster, microwave, fridge, gas cooker with extractor and kitchen utensils. Our bathroom consists of a shower jet and modern sanitary. Please note that during period of consecutive rainy days the shower water might be less warm which is rarely the case.The studio lies in front of a small garden. We appreciate you leave the space as clean as it was initially. Guest has to clean the space before living.If cleaning has been unable to be done by guest before leaving, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Guest access You will have access to the studio and the front garden of the studio. The main garbage bin is found in front by the small garden to throw your garbage. Kindly throw your garbage especially food items on a daily basis to keep the space clean and free from flies. Please note that the studio fits for only 1 person. The price after 1 guest is filled in because I cannot get the option to leave it blank. Only 1 person is accepted in the studio. Other things to note Please keep your valuables safe at all time. You are accountable for them. Please always close the main gate behind you. Laundry is available at $2 per load upon request.Breakfast is provided at an extra $7 per day per person upon request.We offer coffee/tea, juice,biscuits or cakes, cereals, eggs, toast or fresh bread,cheese, butter and jam. Please inform in advance if you require breakfast. A clothes dryer stand is provided in the studio for drying your clothes outside. Please do not leave the same clothes out to dry for 24 hours as it blocks the space for others. Exceptions are when the clothes are not dry due to weather. Please do not throw oil in the kitchen sink, wash basin, toilet or bathroom duct. Kindly throw your oil in a bottle and throw in the garage. Moreover, do not let any solids going through the kitchen sink , washing basin, toilet or bathroom duct. The same principle goes for hair clogged in the bathroom duct.   Only water will go through the ducts. For any clogging issues in the kitchen and bathroom, the guest will be responsible for the repairs, costs and damage. Please clean up the stove and surrounding area after cooking especially with oil. We appreciate you leave the space clean before leaving and throw your garbage as well on a daily basis. Please throw your garbage on your last day of stay at the studio, remove the bedsheets and pillow cases and place them into the laundry basket and put the used towels in the laundry basket for washing. If those things are not done, à fee of $30 will be charged. We appreciate you leaving the studio clean upon leaving.
