Braeside Studios - Riverside Room

Braeside Studios is a detached stone built building adjacent to our family home. We have 2 purpose built, self contained studio bedrooms each with private entrance door, ensuite shower room, drying cupboard, mini breakfast kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle and toaster) and seating area. Both our rooms are clean and contemporary with a focus of comfort and practicality. The riverside room has a king sized bed and the Garden View room has a double bed. You are welcome to share our garden. The space Our studios are a self contained single room with different areas. We hope we have thought of everything you need! There is space to dry wet kit. Comfy beds, a decent power shower, somewhere to sit and eat/write, TV, WiFi, plenty of plug sockets. All newly refurbished, clean and contemporary. Guest access We are very happy for you to share our garden and there is a lovely bench overlooking the river on common land, just outside our gate. Other things to note We have a black cat called Buttons and a Labrador cross called Lollipop. We also have 3 chickens. All are very friendly. Lolly will bark to say hello and loves a fuss. None of our animals are allowed in our guest rooms. Usually, with prior agreement we are happy to cater for well behaved dogs for an additional £10. We do not allow dogs on the beds. If this may prove difficult for you I would ask you not to book.
