Floor + 1 → My private area 2. Pier level → Common Area Independent entrance and beyond that, the shared area with living room, kitchen, and breakfast space. 3. Floor - 1 → Guest Area - Family Room Entirely dedicated to guests, with three rooms in total, laundry corner, toilet, and full bathroom. It is not possible to book the Family Room and another room at La Corte Sconta B&B at the same time, but you can add an extra bed or an extra room later if you wish. 🛁 Private bathroom: the Family Room has a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower. It will be available only for the guests of this booking. 🛋️ Common area: open from 8:00 to 20:00, accessible to all guests. 🥐 Breakfast: not included in your rate and available from €3 for self-breakfast to €22 for the continental breakfast prepared by us. 🅿️ Private parking: available at €15 per night. 🚭 No smoking: smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. 🐶 Pets allowed: with an extra fee per pet/day from €10 to €25, depending on the rate, type of animal, and number of nights. 🔥 Heating: is centralized and active in the morning and evening.
