Horseshoe cottage, staying on a farm Bring the family to this great place with free WIFI, smart TV's, central heating, secure garden with furniture. Whether you wish to relax from your busy lives or go exploring the Cornish beaches (15 minutes) or the scenic moors. Only 10 minutes from the A30, on the B3254. Situated on a working family farm amidst beautiful Cornish countryside. Original slate floors, fire place with wood burner. Two dogs welcome, not allowed upstairs. Two cars. The space Sleeps four people in the master bedroom is a king size bed with en-suite, bedroom 2 has twin beds with a bathroom downstairs with shower over bath. Both bathrooms have a heated towel rails. Full central heating throughout cottage. You enter the cottage through a wooden gate, to a secure garden area, idea for your dog to excise in, with garden furniture for your own use and bbq (bring your own charcoal, bbq to be left clean as you would like to find it.) On your left inside is the large lounge, with a smart TV, large fire place with wood burner. Through the lounge you enter the well equipped kitchen with American fridge/freezer, a dining area , off the kitchen is doors to a patio area with table and chairs, to enjoy the morning sun. Also downstairs is a bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs a large room with twin beds, and along a passage is the master bedroom with en-suite with shower, the window has far reaching views. Two medium sized dogs allowed, no dogs upstairs please, stair gate provided. Dogs to be kept on leads at all times when outside your gate! We are a working farm with a dog. Guest access There is a farm track which you are welcome to walk with your dogs, please as it’s a working farm dogs most be on a lead at all times. Other things to note Travel cot and high chair provided on request. Plenty of parking on site, off road. Please don’t leave your dogs unattended in the property, it’s their holiday too.
