The homes at Middleton of Canmore have a classic Scottish feel with slate roofs, traditional dormers and timber porches to the front in natural larch. The accommodation consists of a large open planned living room with wood burning stove that can be a welcome addition in the winter, dining room, a well-equipped kitchen ( including microwave , washing machine , dishwasher ) with separate utility room with facilities for coats and foot wear. You will have access to the entire house, except for the loft and shed. The ground floor accommodation comprises of entrance vestibule leading into spacious wet room. Stunning open-plan modern kitchen and dining area flooded with natural light from double French windows which lead out to the rear garden. The dining area leads to a separate lounge to the front of the house. The utility room provides access to the private enclosed garden and patio. Hessian furniture and use of Charcoal BBQ for enjoying the sunshine and al fresco dining Upstairs accommodation has 1 king size bedroom, one double and one set of double bunk bed suitable for children or adults. Seperate bathroom comprising of bath, shower and WC. Heating is air source under floor heating on GF and radiators to first floor makes it a very cosy house.
