Cosy flat in Hove (with a little cat)

Cozy Retreat with a Feline Friend Escape to our warm and inviting apartment, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Your stay will be extra special with the company of Aston, our friendly and house-trained cat. He loves exploring the garden and will be happy to keep you company. He is very tactile and loves a cuddle. Please note: This listing is only suitable for cat lovers. The space You'll have full access to both the apartment and the garden. Guest access You have access to the whole flat and garden. Other things to note The apartment features a comfortable double bed with a luxurious Simba mattress, along with a sofa bed equipped with a memory foam topper. If you're two guests using both beds and staying for just one night, there's a £5 linen charge. Alternatively, feel free to bring your own bedding for the sofa bed. Parking is available on the road outside the apartment. A permit costs £5 and is valid from 9 am to 8 pm. Paying via the PaybyPhone app is an option if you don't require a permit. For instance, if you're arriving at 7 pm and checking out at 11 am, using the app is more cost-effective. To prevent mildew, kindly open a window in the bathroom during or after your shower to allow steam to escape. During colder months, please use the heating thoughtfully, such as lowering the thermostat temperature when going out or heading to bed. Towels and bedding are provided, and you'll have access to kitchen essentials like pots, pans, and oil. Please do not consume any of my foods/ supplements -Aston is about 13 months old, so is very much still a playful kitten. -He loves a cuddle and is very friendly -He will try to get out of the front door- but he isn’t allowed, so when you come and go just be mindful. If he does get out, calmly call him back. -He could decide to sleep in the bed with you, if you would rather he didn’t, shut the bedroom door and he will most likely sleep on his blanket under the cabinet in the hallway (spray some catnip- by his food- on this before you go to bed if you want him to sleep there….it comforts him) -If you do shut the door on him, when he has decided its time for you to get up/ feed him / let him in for a cuddle, he will start scratching at the bedroom door. -If you have him sleeping with you, he might possibly try to wake you up to go hunting with him when it starts to get light (that’s what the internet tells me!) he will do this through: licking your face, playing with your hair and he may cat-nip you (this isn’t painful at all) Feeding: -Please can you give him half a sachet of wet food when you wake up and at 9pm (ish) -Please will you also give him a scoop of his dry food at these times (in the white tin on the top shelf in the kitchen, as he has worked out how to open it!) and also at roughly 3pm (ish) Please just contact me if you have any questions/ issues / concerns.
