Downstairs - 1 Queen and 2 sets of Bunks - Separate laundry with dryer - DVD, BBQ, Dishwasher You will need to provide sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels. Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.  Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.   Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.
