Village Oven House - Serra da Estrela

A secular granite house, rustic and typical of the Beira mountain range, inserted in a small quiet village next to the Mondego, overlooking the Serra da Estrela. It has wood oven, which was communal village for years. It has capacity for several people and all amenities, having been the permanent residence and main dwelling of its owners. Rustic house with exterior and interior in granite, with some pieces of period furniture of the dwelling. Inserted in a very quiet village, with friendly and welcoming neighborhood, away from the confusion and bustle of the city but with good accessibility and close to the A25. It has several points of interest nearby, namely Ice Rinks of Serra da Estrela, Termas de Caldas da Felgueira and Alcafache; Mondego River beaches; Cities with tourist points of interest and cultural animation as is the case of Viseu. A little more than an hour from the border, Coimbra and Aveiro. Guest access The house has wide social spaces, such as large kitchen with fireplace; large lounge / dining room with table for 10 people and living room also with fireplace; fenced inner courtyard ideal for children to play; oven house and outdoor grill; outdoor garden with dining table on the street; small yard / garden; possibility of installing, in the garden, inflatable pool for children (prior request is recommended). Other things to note For us Children are very special and important, so up to 6 years of age should not be considered on booking. We offer your stay. In case of need there is support in place, with a couple who habitually carry out the maintenance and cleaning of the house, who lives in the village and is available and prepared to intervene in any situation or embarrassment.
