The space Quietly nestled on the fringes of Mudgee is this exquisitely renovated residence set on 40 acres. 'Leaning Oak' offers you 4 bedrooms plus a study. It can comfortably sleep 12 guests. Amenities include 2 bathrooms, laundry with extra toilet, air con and a fireplace in both living rooms. The living and dining areas are of contemporary design. The long dining table sits 12 pax. The modern kitchen is well equipped with high quality gas double oven, a BBQ grill, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a Saeco coffee machine. Outdoors, you will find a saltwater pool and a covered alfresco area well set up with a BBQ pizza oven, paella gas burner set and a bar fridge. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Linen is not included in booking price. Please ensure you bring your own linen for the beds and bath towels. Linen and towels can be supplied for an extra fee. Please contact if you require linen. Other things to note The office has a sofa bed which can sleep an additional 2 guests. Air con is only available in living and dining area. Bedrooms on the ground floor have ceiling fans and additional portable fans if required. The attic which sleeps 4 has reverse cycle air con. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Linen is not included in booking price. Leaning Oak also wishes to advise guests that we are a working farm. As a result, with the nature of farming, guests may occasionally experience associated noise as a result of farming operations. While we will always endeavour to keep this to a minimum, please be aware that you may occasionally see/hear the tractor working in the paddocks, ATV's mustering cattle or simply just the cows calling out to one another.
