Martinshouse Holiday Cottage

The cottage sits in the beautiful Border countryside, only a short drive into town. Our cottage has 2 bedrooms one king size and one double and a single bed which are fully made up for your arrival. You will enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in our luxury bedding and extremely comfortable mattresses. The cottage has a comfortable lounge with reclining sofas for you to put your feet up after a day exploring. Our bathroom has been renovated to a very high standard with a walk-in shower. The space Martinshouse Holiday Cottage is a spacious detached self catering cottage with amazing views. We are situated 2 miles from the town of Hawick set back from the main road. Their are fantastic views from every window yet the owners are just along the road in case you require any assistance. The cottage has private parking for 2/3 cars and also features a fully enclosed garden which is ideal if you are bringing your furry friends. We do have an additional charge for pets which is due to be paid on arrival £25 for first pet then an additional £5 per extra pet. Guest access The cottage accommodates up to 5 guests with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. All bed linen is provided for each guest. The spacious living room is warm and comfy with heating and also an electric fire, a 42" television with freeview channels also unlimited Wi-fi. It also has plenty of games and books situated in the living room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would have at home, everything from cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, crockery, utensils and also a washing machine. The bathroom has a newly fitted walk-in shower. Martinshouse is a self catering cottage although we provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits so you can enjoy a hot drink when you arrive. The cottage is heated with night storage heaters throughout and you can turn these up or down to your comfort. The garden is fully enclosed for pets to run free but we do ask that all dog mess is picked up and placed in bins and feel free to walk up to the top of the hill and look at the stunning views! Other things to note Please note we offer unlimited free wifi. Also all electric and hot water is included in your stay. You are free to roam the beautiful countryside whether its walking or cycling. Please remember if you have a pet you are fully responsible for them at all times.
