Our apartment is the ideal place to enjoy Cartagena. It is located in Cielo Mar, a short walk from Playa Azul, the only certified beach in the city that offers safety and comfort to enjoy your beach experience. The apartment has 1 bedroom, living room-kitchen, balcony with private jacuzzi, laundry area and two bathrooms. It is one of the few apartments in the building with hot water in the jacuzzi. The space The building has common areas that include: green areas with living rooms, BBQ, infinity pool, semi-Olympic swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, Turkish bath, and a playground. Guest access Our guests will have access to the building's social areas where they can find swimming pools, jacuzzi, living rooms, gym, Turkish bath, BBQ, children's playground and parking. Other things to note Please read this information before completing the booking: 1. At the moment there are several constructions in the area. This may cause noise during your stay. For these reasons we have adjusted our prices. 2. Additional charges: 💰 $10,000 COP (~$3.00 USD) per person for the condo/wristband fee. 3. By regulations of Emigración Colombia and the Ministry of Tourism, all guests must fill out and sign the registration card and rental policies. To facilitate the process we will send you a digital link to register your details and sign the lease policy. 4. For the safety of guests and residents, visitors are not allowed.
