We call it the "little house", it is part of our garden but a hedge helps keep everyone's privacy. The garden is due south with the sun from morning to evening The location is very nice, down the street is the Aber Benoit with the small port of Le Vill and the pools, swimming at high tide. 1 km away is Brouennou Beach and its chapel. 2.5 km (1.5 mi) by road but 30 minutes on foot along the coastal path, you'll find the Dunes de Sainte-Marguerite. FB: Fanny Hamon (Landeda) The space This "little house" is 35m2 with the bedroom and the bathroom under the attic. There is one double bed in the room and one single bed on the landing at the top of the stairs. We have much-needed mattresses to accommodate people in the living room. You will have access to a lovely garden area that is separated from ours by a hedge. Parking is easy. A wood-burning stove lets you cozy up by the fire. We live in the house next door, so if you need anything at all, just come and knock! Guest access For summer: you will have your garden table, barbecue, sun loungers...In a garden just for you. For winter: a small wood burning stove will make you feel comfortable even if it's not sunny outside. Other things to note We offer you to rent our inflatable bikes and paddles (2 bikes and 2 paddles), essential equipment to crisscross the area. For other equipment, just ask us—we love toys.
