All you hear are birds and crashing waves. With a rustic feel and decor as well as stunning views over the Atlantic ocean and mountains, this really is a piece of beachside paradise. A pool and barbecue area on the side of the house makes for the most relaxing holiday times. Our guest room is average size and contains a double bed with en suite shower room. Guest access Guests have access to the main house including kitchen and dining areas, living room with fireplace, as well as the pool and barbecue area on the side of the house. We have recently enclosed our large terrace with glass, but open to the sea so guests can enjoy the exquisite sea and mountain views, free of wind. They can even sleep outside under the stars.( Have a look at the photos). It is deliciously warm on sunny winter days. We also have a wood-burning fireplace for winter nights in the sitting room The recent drought has been broken with good winter rains, so garden looking its best again and pool ready for summer swims. During your stay We welcome guests on arrival, as well as provide information on any of the local attractions they may be interested in. We enjoy conversation with guests about their country and lifestyle. At the same time, we offer as much privacy as our guests desire. The basic cleaning fee applies, but for stays longer than 10 days, there is a charge of R200 per week, which includes washing and ironing linen and a thorough cleaning of bedroom and shower room Other things to note We have a 10 year old Schnauser dog who loves people - he is an excellent guide on walks to the beach. (He knows his way home too). We meditate twice daily and are happy to have our guests join us as and when they wish. We use singing bowls and guided meditations. This has proved very popular with our guests. The garden has a few places to sit, eat or just soak it up, as well as loungers and barbecue at the pool.
