Cozy, recently renovated apartment in the heart of Introd, in the Aosta Valley. A few minutes from the most renowned ski resorts and at the gates of the Gran Paradiso National Park, it is the ideal starting point for those who love nature: in winter with the ski slopes at your fingertips, in summer with trails and walks of all difficulties, also perfect for families and children. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living room, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, for a total of 4/5 beds. A baby cot is also available on request; the fifth bed is added as a single in the double bedroom. Guests have bed linen and towels (on request), private parking right in front of the house, TV, a small balcony and a small terrace with an outdoor table. There is also a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine. A few minutes away are grocery stores, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Other things to note Bath and bed linen available on request, at a cost of €35 to be paid on site. According to regional law 10/2023, an accommodation tax of €0.50 per person per night is levied in the municipality of Introd. The tax must be paid in cash at the time of delivery of the keys.
