Despite its central location, the studio offers a peaceful retreat with a queen-size Murphy bed and a fold-out couch, transforming it into a spacious living area. The space Our studio boasts an impeccable view of the Space Needle, visible from both your bedroom window and our communal rooftop deck. The deck is outfitted with grills and ample seating, perfect for enjoying Seattle's skyline. Conveniently accessible from the airport via light rail, our location provides easy options for reaching us, whether you prefer a scenic walk or a quick Lyft/Taxi ride. Guest access Guests have full access to the fitness room and rooftop deck. These facilities are designed to meet both your needs, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay. Other things to note Parking: Street parking is available. The street parking is readily available and paid from 8 am to 6 pm (Monday through Saturday). It is very easy to start in the morning with a Seattle street parking app from the comfort of your bed. The rates are $0.50 / hour for mornings, $1.50 / hour afternoon. There are also several paid lots nearby including one right across the street. With advance notice, we can reserve a parking space in the building (if available) for $20 per night (24 hr period). With in and out privileges. We personally do not own a parking spot in the building (only about 20% of the residents have parking).
