It is built in a large plot (around 5000 sq.m) full of olive trees. The house offers its own entrance, parking and garden. It has also a wonderful view of the sea and the village of Agia Pelagia. The space Olive Garden villa is a two storey house and can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living room with fireplace. As you enter the house you will see the living room and dinning area along with the kitchen Living room offers a couch that can be converted into a double bed, a fireplace, and TV set. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you need to prepare a meal for your family or friends. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. You will also find pots and pans along with plates, glassware etc From the kitchen you can access the balcony, which offers splendid view of Agia Pelagia village and the sea. Balcony is equipped with exterior furniture, so you can enjoy a meal outside or just lay back and relax reading a book or admiring the view! On the ground floor you will also find the first bathroom. There is also a washing machine for your use. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a double bed, an AC unit and a balcony with sea view The second bedroom offers a single bed and a sofa bed. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa bed. On the first floor guests can find the second bathroom of the house. The house also offers its own private paved yard equipped with a kiosk, BBQ and wood stove.
