From the main entrance, go up 3 steps and on the right is a large wardrobe and laundry room with a washing machine and sink for washing clothes. Climbing another 12 steps you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. From the window, view of the dome of Florence Cathedral. Extremely quiet place with stunning views. Outdoor spaces and garden available for lying on sun loungers; use of tables and chairs. In 10 minutes on foot - 900 meters - you arrive at the village of Villamagna with a charming Romanesque church, a bistro for a cappuccino/coffee and local products, a "club" for pizza, first courses and platters at very reasonable prices open on Saturday and Sunday. There's also a typical Tuscan restaurant. In another direction from the property, another 10-minute walk, you will arrive at the village of "Case di San Romolo" with a food shop open in the morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (shop like in the old days!). 5 km away by car you reach the town of Bagno a Ripoli with a well-stocked Coop supermarket. The property is located in an area full of hiking trails that wind through the Tuscan countryside allowing you to admire churches and medieval villages. The best way to get to the property is by car. There is also a public bus connection as follows: Bus No. 23 from Florence to Bagno a Ripoli - then Bus No. 48 that stops in front of the property (San Romolo 21 stop).
