Our home is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom apartment only 20m from the front gates of Gabbinbar Homestead. Boasting luxury finishes & furnishing throughout including 3 bedrooms (fitted with hotel quality linen), 2 spacious bathrooms, full sized kitchen, Smart Tv in each bedrooms, fully equipped laundry, a/c, furnished courtyard, offering a premium accommodation experience for up to 8 guests. The space Our home includes a double garage, bar nook supplied with all glassware and a complimentary bottle of sparkline wine to help you relax upon arrival. A private furnished courtyard with seating. Yamaha Bluetooth sound system and free wireless NBN internet Large Smart TV in the lounge and individual smart TVs in each of the three bedrooms (guests are welcome to stream their own Netflix accounts). There is a split system air-conditioning for heating and cooling the home. Also included is a full laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes steamer. Our kitchen is full-sized and stocked with everything you may need, such as cutlery & utensils, plates & bowls, cookware & serving ware, a kettle & toaster, as well as lots of little extras, including Nespresso Coffee and T2 tea. The master bedroom includes a walk-in robe and a separate ensuite. Bedrooms two and three have built-in cupboards and share a family-size bathroom with a shower, full bath and toilet in a separate room. As an added feature, the lounge converts into a sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests. For our guests staying with young children, we provide a porta cot and high chair for you to use (you will just need to supply your linen/blankets for the porta cot). We welcome pets but request that they are to stay outside in the fully fenced courtyard and yard during your stay. We do not allow pets inside the apartment. Guest access Exclusive whole of home and courtyard use. This property is a duplex, however, there are no shared common areas or entrances. Other things to note Please can you notify us if in accommodating the guests you have booked in to stay if you require the sofa bed to be made up. We wish for your stay to be an enjoyable experience for both you and your guests, but we request that you be respectful of our neighbours when entering and leaving our home. We live in a residential area and value our relationships with the families in our community. We have a strict NO PARTY policy We also have a strictly NO NOISE and music after 10 pm policy (this includes in the courtyard). Please be aware of where you PARK extra cars and the NOISE of cars so as not to disturb the neighbourhood. If you are staying for a wedding and are being collected for your wedding with a custom car or supercar, please be aware of the noise levels of these cars and we request that there is no revving of engines or use of the horn at or around our property.
