Two car garage. 5 acre property, with two adjoining 2.5 acre properties undeveloped. One acre fenced yard enclosing house, patio, fruit trees. Vast open space, 5 acres of scrub desert and wildlife. Straight shot four miles due north of Joshua Tree Village and the National Park Entrance. We are frequently in town, but never on the property when guests are in. We have a caretaker at the ready should you need something. This neighborhood is secluded, quiet, spacious, and up high, with a great view. Artists and DIY architects surround you everywhere you look. Just a twenty minute drive to the West Gate of Joshua Tree National Park. Ample parking, including a two car garage if you prefer. Nearest Airport is Palm Springs, unless you're in your own plane - then fly into Yucca Valley and grab a cocktail (we recommend the "Paper Plane") and a bite at the Copper Room. Planetary Heights is a stargazer's delight. We have a telescope for your use if you're savvy, and a hammock if you're lazy!
