Cute room for rent, minutes from water views. Access to kitchen and living room. The home is well water which is a lot different. I recently had a new water heater installed which corrected the challenges with sulfur which I recent guest reported. Please reach out for questions!!! The space No area is off limits except my room which is locked. Guest access Usually have full access to home. Seldom ever home. My niece oversees my home however she will stay in room allowing guests to use all other areas of the house. During your stay I’m absolutely available by text/phone at all times. I’m rarely home so guests will have more privacy the average super host. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking in my home. Lovely patio area for smokers.
