Cute room for rent, minutes from water views. Access to kitchen and living room. The home is well water which is a lot different. I recently had a new water heater installed which corrected the challenges with sulfur which I recent guest reported. Please reach out for questions!!! No area is off limits except my room which is locked. Usually have full access to home. Seldom ever home. My niece oversees my home however she will stay in room allowing guests to use all other areas of the house. I’m absolutely available by text/phone at all times. I’m rarely home so guests will have more privacy the average super host. Just a mile from dining and water views. KISS is a transportation system as well as Uber. I highly recommend calling ahead to reserve. I have the numbers which I can provide. Absolutely no smoking in my home. Lovely patio area for smokers.
