A kitchen-studio with a folding Italian sofa, in the bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 m wide. Two LCD TVs , two air conditioners, a boiler,a bathtub with a hydromassage. Wardrobe. On the balcony you can see the sea. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, a microwave oven,a toaster, a coffee maker,all the necessary utensils, a washing machine. Other things to note There is no Reception in the house,so the guest must give advance notice of their arrival time. There is NO Reception in the building. So the guests are kindly requested to give preliminary notice before their arrival.
