No parties, strict 8 person limit. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath farmhouse with small hot tub sits on a lovely 4 acres. This is a great getaway for families w/ kids. Desks in every bedroom and high speed internet also make it great for those working from vacation. Dogs welcome with a $20 per dog per night fee. 2 dog max. Nearby: 8 mins to downtown Sequim, 10 mins to Dungeness Spit, 15 mins to Port Angeles, 45 mins to Olympic National Park. Parking aplenty. Come relax in the rain shadow! The space This is a great getaway for families with kids. There is a pack n' play, bunk beds, sound machines in every bedroom, baby gate at top of stairs, kids dishes and cutlery, kids toys and books, and even a secret play closet. There are desks in each of the three bedrooms for those working from vacation. The home has high speed internet. The glass solarium is perfect for stretching, reading, or lounging. There are views of the Olympic Mountains from the bedrooms and back porch. Enjoy fruit from the orchard or pick a little lavender from the back field when it's in season. Bring firewood and enjoy a fire in the fire pit next to the lavender field.  There is a separate vacation rental (a vintage trailer) behind the garage. No areas of the property will be shared other than the driveway. Guest access The entire house is open to guests as well as the majority of the property, excluding the garage and area behind the garage.
