The space Welcome to the holiday paradise! The cozy vacation home offers a floor space of about 74 m² and has a spacious living/dining room, equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player, music system and radio as well as games for young and old – ideal for relaxing evenings. The house includes two lovingly furnished bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). The open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo), kettle and toaster. In the bathroom, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower provide additional comfort. The holiday home is heated by night storage heaters. No pets and no smoking in the house. A parking space for a car is right in front of the house; additional parking is available in the parking lot of the holiday village. The 365 m² property boasts a beautiful terrace made of natural stone and bangkirai with a terrace canopy. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue invite you to linger and relax. Residents and tenants of the Freilingen holiday village can use the public leisure facilities free of charge. These include a refreshing outdoor pool and two tennis courts (please bring suitable shoes), which are open in the summer months, a miniature golf course, a playground with a large climbing spider, ping pong tables, a boccia track and much more. Of course, Wi-Fi is available, the use of which is included in the rental price. A public laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available; the required laundry tokens can be purchased from the management. Bed linen and towels are available on request for a small fee. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the neighboring town of Blankenheim (about 12 km). Furthermore, close to the holiday village are the Nürburgring, the Ahr Valley bike trail, a forest trail, the Eifel National Park, the Volcanic Eifel, Bad Münstereifel (Outlet City), Monschau, the golf course in Hillesheim, the ski and snowboard areas "Schwarzer Mann", "Weißer Stein" and "Wolfsschlucht", the waterfall near Nohn and many other places worth seeing.
