The space Our home is an awesome, spacious, airy, bright friendly London flat, with private roof terrace, WIFI, firestickTV (Netflix, NOWtv, Prime Video), dishwasher, washer, dryer and amenities. This is a perfect home-from-home. As you can see from the pictures, it's a large, beautiful 2-bedroom apartment very close to the Tate Modern. In the midst of all the arts and culture of the Southbank. You will not find anywhere closer to the middle of the Culture Mile than this flat! 2 Double beds, plus 1 corner sofa bed, Bath, shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer. Our home is for those who like being in the middle of things - this isn't a quiet country lane, this is the centre of London with people, culture, excitement, noises, and bright lights. It can be busy outside but the windows are sound insulated and most guests are surprised by how quiet the apartment is. If you're not used to living in a city centre you may want ear plugs. There are many hotels nearby, so there's plenty of footfall. At the weekends there is live jazz in the bar a few doors down. On a summer night you can dine on our private roof terrace and enjoy the jazz and the sounds of London - especially good if you have kids asleep downstairs and can't stay out late! Guest access You get the entire place to yourselves including our roof terrace (table and chairs for your morning coffee or outdoor dining if weather permits - but do be careful on the stairs !) with views of skyline and passing trains! There's secure access to the building. Other things to note Please take your shoes off inside. No parties or large gatherings. No smoking anywhere in the building. Please let us know if you break anything - we know accidents happen - so we can replace it for the next guests. The cleaning fee is for the bedding and towels; we provide them and you do not need to clean them at the end of your stay. You may use the towels that have been left out. Please - if possible - do not use towels and linen stored in the cupboards. We do ask that you leave the apartment tidy. As you get the entire apartment, we will stay out of the way and give you your privacy. Take care on the roof terrace stairs (especially if you have been enjoying a few drinks on the terrace!) as they are quite steep. Please replace roof terrace chairs in the kitchen before you leave as they are not weather resistant. Please ignore WiFi details on stickers around flat.
