VILLA ALIKI - 4 SEASONS The accommodation "Villa Aliki" is a complete holiday home of 120m² in a 3.5-acre estate full of lush vegetation of apricot, plum, citrus, olive trees, etc.The outdoor area features a large veranda offering unique views of Navarino Bay on the Ionian Sea and the surrounding countryside. It is 2 km. from the famous and unique beach of Voidokilia beach. 700 m. from the house is a rare beauty protected (natura 2000) beach with sand dunes accessible to all ages. The space Villa Alliki is being located just out from the petrochori Village towards the beach, and it is also located at the highest place of the hill having a full view of the beach at the surrounding villages and at Costa Navarino, from the balconi and from the ground floor as well where you can relax or dine. Apart from these there is a dine table at the ground floor and a living room and a full equipped kitchen. There are 2 WC's in the house, one externak shower without hot water and there are two dine tables (wood and glass) at the ground floor veranda There is a relax set of coaches with table at the first floor veranda The house has alarm installation You can hear the sound of the sea from every bedroom and the windows are situated in such a way that you can feel the wind breeze in the summer. The place is very quiet and peace-full. Pets are not allowed inside the house Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Apart from this, even outside the house, there must be a lot of attention with regard to cigarettes as the house is surrounded by a garden with too many plants and trees and the surrounding area is wooded The rest of the instructions will be given in paper when you will arrive Guest access Villa Aliki is located 10 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes by car from Costa Navarino.
