Welcome on arrival and inventory upon departure. Security deposit 30% of the stay to be delivered upon your arrival (check). Mandatory cleaning on departure: the house must be returned in a state of cleanliness identical to that of your arrival. In case of damage, deterioration of the vacation rental during the stay or absence of cleaning at your departure, additional costs may be withheld from the security deposit (up to its totality). Rental from Saturday (arrival after 5pm) to Saturday (departure before 10am).
