Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. The large back garden includes a BBQ, outside heaters and a decked area for dining al fresco. The space Gull House is decorated in a cosy seaside style and is a terrific base year round. The elevated position of the kitchen and balconies make it an excellent nature watching spot with red squirrels, owls and seabirds making regular appearances. The large garden is secure and has a separate decked area for dining. The balcony to the front of the kitchen is the perfect place for a sundowner or morning coffee. We have great WiFi coverage throughout house and BT Freeview is available on both of the TVs. One bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground floor making it perfect for Grandparents or family friends who may wish to sleep separately to any early morning wakers! We also have a separate utility room which us handy for hosing down & storing wetsuits, beach toys etc. Please not that the main living area is open plan with two staircases accessible. We do not have stair gates at the property
