The cottage dates back to early 1900. It is fully self contained with kitchen/ dining room & large lounge & 3 separate bedrooms: The master has spa ensuite with magnificent views over the dam & fields beyond, queen bed with luxury linen, tv & a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater. The vintage bedroom has a queen bed with its own access onto the front veranda. The retro room has 2 singles which can be converted to king. Guest access Farm & river walks, famous Munda Biddi trail. Feeding miniature goats & livestock. Watching baby calves frolicking. Elleker tavern & store 1 km. long walks to lake watch swans & other bird life.
