We are 30 minutes to city centre and situated in a mature part of Dublin. Local amenities are within walking distance, shopping centre, restaurants, sports, and canal and park. I work at home part time and other times am out cycling, walking or at a gig. I prefer guests who work outside the home and who can book here for a short period and directly with me for a longer stay. The space The room is spacious with ample storage and internet access. Linen and towels are provided. Guest access Parking on the road is free. Tesco supermarket is 150 metres and is open from 7am to 10pm. There is a large selection of restaurants, takeaways, entertainment, sport facilities and shops. Public transport is within 200 metres.
