I would be delighted to host you in my traditional Breton stone house, 200 m2 living space, in the middle of its 4,000 m2 of land, ideal for outdoor afternoons. The house was designed for you dear guests: Large living room and billiards area and Home Cinema, kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet The space The dining room is intended to accommodate about ten people and connects with the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances (stovetop, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle...) but also utensils, dishes and equipment (mixers, raclette grill, waffle iron, pierrade and crepe-party). A back kitchen will also be accessible with a washing machine, dryer, iron...etc. Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourself, more than 200 m2, in total freedom. And you can also enjoy the 4000 m2 of land, wooded, totally isolated, not opposite, with a terrace area overlooking the kitchen, with a Barbecue. Other things to note For the months of July and August, the minimum reservation is 5/6 nights, starting on Friday or Saturday.
