The space The front door leads you into a spacious sitting room with timber beams, comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, ideal for helping you warm up after walking one of the many surrounding footpaths. The living room leads through to a vaulted kitchen-dining space in a modern extension. A narrow spiral staircase takes you up to a mezzanine seating deck with extensive gable-end glazing offering even more extensive views. The new extension is a light, airy open-plan space to prepare and enjoy convivial meals. Downstairs, there’s a WC and a utility room, which can be gated off for muddy or sandy dogs. Double doors in the kitchen open onto the upper deck of an enclosed cottage garden, which has steps down to a lawned area surrounded by flower beds.
