Our apartment (about 23 sqm) is quietly located. Tram stop, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance in 2 minutes. To the city center (Quadrate) to the university, to the hospital: everything is not far away. The apartment has a washing machine in the adjoining room that can be used free of charge. Via the house entrance from the street you enter the apartment via a few steps. The space The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the backyard and adjacent garden. Our bed is equipped with two mattresses, so the apartment can also be rented for two people on request. Guest access You can reach our apartment via just under 6 stairs from the street through the front door. Your room faces the back and you have a beautiful view on a large garden with green trees.
