Optional barbecue (€10 per week) Independent accommodation, quiet, birdsong for a unique melody. Less than 3 km from the port of Perros-Guirec and the beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose. Hiking trails or walks by the sea and entertainment (storytelling walks, markets, concerts, etc.) ... everything is nearby. Shops are located less than 2 km from the accommodation. A gym-fitness room as well as a wellness and massage center are in the immediate vicinity (discounts negotiated for our tenants). Saint Quay Perros is located between Lannion and Perros-Guirec. The pool is shared with us but only when you are away from the rental, so you have access to it in peace when you are in the mini-loft. We will therefore be available to make your stay pleasant. Towels and toiletries are not provided. Bedding is provided for stays of less than 3 nights.
