Warm and cosy chalet in the upper area of Introdacqua, a medieval town in Abruzzo. The region is renowned for its food tradition - from classic "arrosticini" made of goat meat to pork sausages- and its red wine "Montepulciano". Located in a in a strategic point, the house is the ideal place if you want to discover Abruzzo. The space The propriety I would like to display on your site is a house at the top of this beautiful village, located in the center of Italy, near the medieval tower. There are two floors :on the first one there is a characteristic kitchen, with a sink sculpted in the stone, a wood stove, a big television where you can see international channels, a couch that becomes a double bed. Also has a fireplace, a balcony and a small bathroom. The top floor which is also the main bedroom is made of wood and it's composed by a big double bad a window in the ceiling and the main bathroom. There is internet access and a garden in front of the house with barbecue. Anyway most important are the beauty of the region. In fact the house is surrounded of a national park, and with a lot of natural activity. Horseback riding ranches, ski runs, nature trail. 20 km away there is a spectacular view of a wonderful lake right below a small town where people still live like 50 years ago. The town where my house is located has all facilities : supermarket-pharmacy- bars- bakery etc...It is anyway a good idea to have a car that can allow the guests to visit around. 100 km away there is also a really nice beach where you can eat fresh fish and relax away from any kind of noise.
