My place is a 2-story house. It is located beside a ring road where is nearby a fresh market, a supermarket, a biggest department store. It is easy to get into the old city (8 km. from home) and it is every convenient to go out to the outskirts by super hi-way. The advantage of my location is that you will get into the others road for avoiding the traffic easily which can help you to save time on travelling and go more further. The space •At the first floor, there are a big room for 2 people with a private shower-room, a small living room and a small kitchen. •At the second floor, there are 2 rooms for 4 people, a shared bathroom, a shared balcony and a shared living room. Note: •Only the number of people indicated in the reservation can live in a room without additional payment. People can visit rooms but being not entitled to stay over mid-night in that day. In this case a person having booked the room is responsible for the loss made by these people and pay more 500 baht per person and being not entitled to get any of service. Guest access •You can use the small kitchen at the first floor and all kitchen utensils. •My aunt love to read and she prefer to share her books to you if you would like. So you can read all books what you find them everywhere in the house. For your kindness, please keep them at the same place as you found them and the same condition as good as they are. Otherwise you might pay me a fine. •In the garden, I hope you will relish to spend your leisure time there and a pavilion is available for you. Please keep the garden and the pavilion clean. Other things to note •Please keep the kitchen clean and washing kitchen utensils after using immediately. • It is prohibited to listen to loud music, make noise or cause inconveniences in any other way to other people in the house and my neighbor. Including any kind of alcohol drinking are prohibited. •As long as the safety is concerned, you are not allowed to smoke in the house but you can do outside. Please pay attention on your smoking. If your smoking cause any damages in any place of the property or nearby, it is your responsibility to compensate for the damages. •It is necessary to use electrical gadgets and electrical equipment in a right way, not to allow children to use them. Do not leave switched on electrical gadgets and electrical equipment unattended. It is prohibited to use electrical gadgets and electrical equipment brought, the voltage of which exceeds 220W •Please do ensure that you turn off a tap of water after you using water supply. Including a light, I would rather you turn off the light which is not necessary. •Before you leaving the house, please do ensure that you close the windows, lock the doors and unplug all of the electrical gadgets and electrical equipment. The loss of you belonging in this case is not under my responsibility. • Staying in a room, please check all the things in it. Immediately inform me about non-functioning or damaged things. Otherwise, it is deemed that your act cause non-functioning or damaged things. It is your responsibility to compensate for it.
