Our house is located in Nueil-les-Aubiers, north of Deux-Sèvres, a central point for exploring Tours, Angers, Nantes, La Rochelle, Poitiers in less than 1.5 hours. The Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away, the Futuroscope 1 hour 20 minutes away, the Oriental Park of Maulévrier 15 minutes away and for lovers of the sea, less than 100 km from the beaches of Vendée. Our house consists of 3 bedrooms and a large living room-kitchen area. Outside, barbecue, deckchair, swimming pool or relaxation under the trees. The space House completely renovated in 2020.
