Our house is located in Nueil-les-Aubiers, north of Deux-Sèvres, central point for exploring Tours, Angers, Nantes, La Rochelle, Poitiers in less than 1.5 hours. Le Puy du Fou is 30 minutes away, the futuroscope 1 hour 20 minutes away, the eastern park of Maulévrier is 15 minutes away and for sea lovers lovers, less than 100 km from the beaches of Vendee. Our house is composed of 3 bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. Outside, BBQ, deckchair, pool or relaxation under the trees. The space House completely renovated in 2020. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob + hood, fridge freezer, oven and microwave, classic coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher... all utensils are provided... Downstairs, you'll find a first guest bedroom with a sofa bed and a shower room. Upstairs, a second bedroom with double bed. The master bedroom with dressing room and shower room.
