The accommodation has: - A large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with TV, dresser, wardrobe, electric roller shutter. Space for a baby cot. - A bedroom with two twin beds (90 cm) with TV, dresser and blackout blind - A living/dining room with table for 8 people and benches, sofa, coffee table, wardrobe, TV cabinet, TV, Wi-Fi (fiber optic) - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, induction stove, range hood, oven, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine. - A shower room with shower seat and towel dryer, hair dryer. - A toilet - Outdoors with a table for up to 8 people + garden chairs + parasol + barbecue Childcare equipment available (baby bed, high chair, bathtub, etc.), please let me know when booking. A cleaning fee of €50 is included in the booking as long as the accommodation is returned in a correct condition: dining area/kitchen cleared, dishes done, garbage cans emptied, etc. No possibility of recharging electric/hybrid cars Guest access Everything is located on the ground floor of the house. Quietness guaranteed. Possibility to park a vehicle in the private courtyard right at the entrance to the house.
